Mobile home dealer

This is an honest company (owners) who are in the business for decades. Best quality and service not like others out there who are deceiving their clients by offering dealer warranty rather than the manufacturer warranty. There is a big difference as the dealer will make every excuse not to fulfill the warranty and leave you stranded. More importantly, some other dealers offer just the home price and misinform the client about the transport and setup costs. After concluding the deal the poor customer will eventually find out that the prices of transport and set up are considerably much higher to complete there home. Please be aware of the foregoing when deciding to buy, I didn't know all of this in the beginning but I usually search deep to know or understand all the choices available. Finally, don't let the dealer quote the price without add the PST Tax. Most of them tend to quote you the price without it so that you feel he is giving you the best price while it is the opposite

They were very professional and did a great job getting the RV ready quickly.They did a great job with a walk around explaining how to operate everything. Kevin did good job in finding what we were looking for. Very friendly and helpful.

Just drove past it but I have been told they are a respectable family business.

Last year we started looking at modular homes. We were impressed with the homes Halston supplies from Triple-M. What we liked most, was that their base models had features that other manufacturers would consider an upgrade and Triple-M is the only one that comes with a 20 year warranty. It was important to us that they are 100% Canadian, and not foreign owned.We were happy how accommodating Halston was with our needs and requests. Due to our property space restrictions and since we were putting it on a basement, we needed to make some complicated design changes. We were able to work with Haltson and Triple-M to get all we needed. It's always a process and they were patient with us. We received our home 3 months ago, we are happy with the layout; the finishing is beautiful. On final inspection it was Halston who noticed a few minor details that they insisted should be rectified, and when we moved in we noticed a dent in the flooring and the range hood that they arranged to have fixed as soon as they could. Who could ask for better service and integrity.

I really wish I had done my research before buying from this dealer. The number of repairs that had to be done and should have been caught before delivery were unreal. Fortunately they did it as warranty repairs, but seriously, all should have been noticed and fixed as part of the pre-delivery inspection (like, the door wouldn't even lock). They also left the trailer filthy and muddy in the process of doing the warranty service. I trusted and didn't check obvious things such as this (one assumes doors will stay closed and lock). They were 5 stars in terms of pushing the purchase and their eagerness to get my money. It was the exact model I had been searching for but I should have waited even if it meant not camping for a year. They have been unresponsive (dare I say disinterested?) to questions about the unit or advice once it was in my possession. I'll never purchase here again. There are lots of other reputable dealers around.

Buying experience was great. We came in and dealt with Travis in regards to a used travel trailer. It was an easy process knowing that was the one that fit all our needs. Buying process was simple and the mechanic was super helpful going through the trailer demo. Only negative I have is we took it on a trip a week later and the water pump was leaking and we couldn’t use it the entire trip. Spoke with Travis to see if there was anything they could help with once home, it’s been almost 2 weeks and haven’t heard back. Ordered the part myself and will be installing it at home. Not a huge deal just wish the post purchase experience was a bit better as this should have been noticed during there inspection.Overall good experience and dealership to work with.

Awful place. Would give a zero star. Sold home from underneath us, do not go here it’s awful and poorly ran. The workers are rude and don’t want what’s best for you.

My husband Robert and I have the misfortune of dealing with Halston Homes. Our sales rep was Cheryl who left the company in August of 2017. We had to fight every step of the way dealing with Nick and Ron. The delivery was delayed over three months which resulted in us staying in a hotel. Updates that we paid for were cancelled. We were never offered an extended warranty, to which Ron said it's not worth the paper it's written on. The finished product is horrendous. It looks like a High School project. The cabinets are poorly installed and finished. The counter tops are chipped with gaps. The walls are crooked resulting in trim not fitting correctly and then pictures and mirrors not being flush to the wall. Doors are hard to close. Ceiling lights aren't centered electrical boxes crooked..... I can go on and on. Everyone of our concerns was met with industry standards". We are waiting for the balance of work to be completed outside. Run

It's nice and quiet there and everyone seems happy. Nice area to live, very Family orientated
